Hello! I’m Grace, co-founder and dedicated First Mate with four seasons experience. Having worked in the service industry for years I am always looking for ways to enhance onboard guest experience. Both STCW and TIPS Certified, I am trained in safety, seamanship, and emergency procedures, ensuring both guests and crew are always in good hands. Having both recently attended the European Bartending School in Madrid, we are also excited to mix up some fun cocktails for you! I love interacting with guests and aim to ensure the best possible experience is had on the water.

Hi, I’m Max, the proud co-founder and Captain of Odyssey Charters Bermuda. Born and raised on the beautiful island of Bermuda, I’ve been driving boats and exploring the sea from a young age. My career on the water began as a beach lifeguard, where I spent five seasons ensuring beachgoer safety and building my respect for the sea. From there, I transitioned to working as a deckhand on charter boats, gaining hands-on experience and discovering my passion for the industry. After three seasons as a deckhand, I decided to take my captain’s license and haven’t looked back – spending the past year proudly captaining and managing the Rising Son. Whether it’s a snorkeling adventure, a sunset cocktail cruise, or a private dinner, my goal is to create experiences that are as meaningful as they are memorable. With a commitment to personalized service and local knowledge, my goal is to make every moment onboard Odyssey special.
